White bean stew with tofu and caramelized onion

Traditional homemade bean stew with marinated tofu and slowly caramelized onion.

Ingredients: white beans, tofu, homemade vegetable stock, onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt.

Keep refrigerated. Preferably consume within the first 7 days of delivery. After this time, discard or freeze.

To consume: plate and heat in the microwave until serving temperature.
