Ingredients: Tempeh, whole quinoa, broccoli, pumpkin/sweet potato, carrot, pepper, onion, soy sauce, olive oil (or sesame), garlic, spices, salt.
Keep refrigerated. Preferably consume within the first 7 days after delivery. After this time, discard or freeze.
To consume: plate and heat to serving temperature in the microwave.
