Zucchini lasagna with chicken and ricotta

Light lasagna made with zucchini slices, stewed chicken, ricotta, and roasted cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients: Zucchini, chicken, ricotta, tomato, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, aromatic herbs, salt, pepper.

Keep refrigerated. Preferably consume within the first 7 days after delivery. After this time, discard or freeze.

To consume: plate and heat in the microwave until ready to eat.
